Live Misophonia Coping Skills Class for Parents & Individuals With Misophonia

For those who would like to learn about misophonia from a psychoeducation and coping skills perspective, I offer live trainings to parents, sufferers of misophonia, (and clinicians). My next class is September 15th, and is open for enrollment. I provide these classes as a way to offer a live training that gives parents and sufferers of misophonia access to direct Q&A without the expense of on-going psychotherapy or coaching sessions. This class is not a replacement for therapy, but rather a way to learn coping skills and the brain basis of misophonia in a 1.5 hour class.

Cost: $150 per family

Location: Live on Zoom

Date & Time: September 15th at 6pm Eastern Time (1.5 hours)
